Sauvignon Blanc

Rueda rises between 700 and 870 meters above sea level, with flat but high lands, which endure cold and very long winters and hot and dry summers. Red, gray and iridescent clay-sandy soils with pebbles and sand. Rueda has a properly continental climate.

TASTING NOTES:

Bright appearance with a slightly golden yellow tone. It’s aromatically intense and fresh with tropical notes on the nose like peach skin, tangerine and grapefruit. Refreshing and persistent with a good structure and acidity, followed by fruitiness and a long aftertaste.

Perfect with light food such as seafood or roasted fish and chicken. Also amazing with cheese.
